Hourly Rate: $85 (3-Hour Minimum)

Packages

  • Half-days will be scheduled between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with preferred sessions commencing at 8:00 am and 12:30 pm.  Each half-day session includes a paid 10-minute break. The times noted are sometimes flexible depending on other factors such as travel, other appointments, etc.
  • Must be used as a consecutive four (4) hour project.

  • Includes the $5.00 miscellaneous supplies fee.
  • If the session ends early for any reason caused by the client (including finished project, etc.), the unused portion of the package will not be reimbursed or transferable.

Payment. For Hourly and single-use packages, a deposit of 50% of the scheduled work is due at the time of scheduling (see section 3 regarding cancellations or changes to schedule). The remainder is due at the conclusion of each session for actual time worked (minimum of three (3) hours). Full amount for the 10-, 15-, and 20-Hour packages is due at the time of purchase of the package. In the event payment is not received (e.g. a declined payment), the unpaid balance is subject to an interest charge of 10% per month accrued daily from session date. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal or Venmo. On-site sessions not paid in full in advance of the session are to be paid at time of service via Venmo, PayPal, check or cash.

Cancellation. Proper consideration regarding cancellations and appointment changes is expected. Appointments cancelled by Client with forty-eight (48) hours or less notice of a scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge of 30% of scheduled work. Appointments changed by Client with forty-eight (48) hours or less notice will be charged $50.00 for the change and the remaining deposit will be applied to the future scheduled session. In the event of cancellation or schedule change, any discounted rates (if applicable) will not apply and the hourly rate (or package rate) current at the time of the rescheduled session will be charged.

Travel.  Travel of forty-five (45) minutes round trip is included in the above fee (exclusive of parking and tolls). Travel charges will be applied when travel exceeds forty-five (45) minutes round trip. SOS will charge Client $45.00 per hour in quarter-hour (.25) increments for any travel in excess of forty-five (45) minutes. All parking and toll costs will be passed to the Client at cost.

Extra Costs. Sarah will try to use the resources available to her in your space already. In the event that additional material is needed, Sarah will provide the client with the option of purchasing the material from Sarah at cost + 10%. A detailed invoice of the materials used will be provided. Additionally, shopping for organizing products can be provided by SOS. Time for these services will be billed in quarter-hour (.25) hour increments at the same hourly rate as Section 1 above with a one-hour minimum. Client agrees to reimburse SOS for authorized expenses at cost plus ten percent (10%). A detailed invoice showing items purchased and services will be provided and any additional services or costs should be paid within three (3) business days after SOS submits an invoice to the Client.

Miscellaneous Supplies Fee.  Each Session will include a $5.00 miscellaneous supplies charge.  10, 15-, and 20-Hour Packages include a one-time $5.00 Miscellaneous Supply Fee and the remainder are waived.  The MSF is for the variety of miscellaneous supplies that are used during the session.  It excludes any supplies or products that exceed the $5.00 supply charge which would be disclosed to client in advance of the purchase.  Simply Organized Sarah (SOS), LLC reserves the right to charge for additional supplies.
