Pricing and Packages

Hourly Rate: $75.00 (3-Hour Minimum)

Packages

  • Most half-days will be scheduled between 7:00 am – 4:30 pm based on what works for both you and Sarah.  Half days will include a paid fifteen (15) minute break at approximately the two (2) hour mark.  The break is important for both you and Sarah.  The times noted are sometimes flexible depending on other factors such as travel, other appointments, etc.
  • Must be used as a consecutive four (4) hour project.
  • If the session ends early for any reason caused by the client (including finished project, etc.), the unused portion of the package will not be reimbursed or transferable.
  • Most full days will be scheduled for a seven (7) hour block between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:30 pm based on what works for both you and Sarah.  This schedule will also include one fifteen (15) minute break as well as one thirty (30) minute break. The breaks are important for both you and Sarah.  The times noted are sometimes flexible depending on other factors such as travel, other appointments, etc.
  • Must be used as a consecutive seven (7) hour project (excluding the breaks).
  • If the session ends early for any reason caused by the client (including finished project, etc.), the unused portion of the package will not be reimbursed or transferable.

Schedule and pay for a follow-up three (3) hours or more project at the time of the initial project and receive a 15% discount on the hourly rate. The follow-up project must be completed no sooner than two (2) months and no later than six (6) months from the date of completion of the initial project and must be done on the same project(s). Adherence to three (3) hours (or how many hours committed to) will be enforced. Any additional hour not purchased in advance will be at hourly rate (or package rate when applicable). No prorations will be used at any time.

This service is recommended for anyone who is hiring Sarah to complete a project that may need some TLC every couple of months (i.e. children’s bedroom, playroom, storage closets, pantry, etc.) Unused and paid for Simply Maintenance Packages will not be reimbursed. However, 50% of the unused Simply Maintenance Package payment can be applied towards the purchase of a new package at regular rate (if after the six (6) month mark).

Sarah also offers 20% discounts on regularly scheduled sessions and they are not restricted to the same area(s). These sessions will occur no later than every eight (8) weeks and will be for at least three (3) hours each session. Must schedule at least three (3) consecutive sessions no more than eight (8) weeks apart and for at least three (3) hours each session for the discount to apply.

Payment. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project total cost is due at scheduling. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the session, on the same day of service, for actual time work (minimum of 3 hours).   In the event payment is not received (e.g. declined payment), the unpaid balance is subject to an interest charge of 5% per month accrued daily.

Cancellation.  Proper consideration regarding cancellations and appointment changes is expected. Appointments cancelled by Client with forty-eight (48) hours or less notice of a scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge of 30% of scheduled work.  Appointments changed by Client with forty-eight (48) hours or less notice will be charged $25.00 for the change and the remaining deposit will be applied to the future scheduled session.  In the event of cancellation or schedule change, the current rates will apply for six (6) months until after the date of the deposit.  After the six (6) month mark, the deposit can still be used, but any discounted rates (if applicable) will not apply and the rate current at the time of the rescheduled session will be charged.

Extra Costs. Sarah will try to use the resources available to her in your space already. In the event that additional material is needed, Sarah will provide the client with the option of purchasing the material from Sarah at cost + 10%. A detailed invoice of the materials used will be provided.

Travel.  Travel of forty-five (45) minutes round trip is included in the above fee (exclusive of parking and tolls).  Travel charges will be applied when travel exceeds forty-five (45) minutes round trip.  SOS will charge Client $30.00 per hour in quarter-hour (.25) increments for any travel in excess of forty-five (45) minutes.  All parking and toll costs will be passed to the Client at cost.
